- Sunday roast with all the trimming: yorkshire puddings, spuds, carrots, greens and loads of gravy
- Fish n chips, served in newspaper with lots of salt and vinegar
- Jellied eels. Gross, but an east London classic
- Curry (I kid you not)
- Pie and Mash (meat pie with mash potatoes and gravy)
- Roast Dinner (roast meat, roast potatoes, veg, gravy, yorkshire puddings)
